My decision to offer a comprehensive, full-service listing at this exceptional value is based on my confidence that satisfied clients will recommend my services to others. By relying on word-of-mouth rather than costly and time-consuming social media advertising, I am able to save on expenses and pass those savings directly to you. This creates a true win-win: you enjoy significant commission savings, and I can focus on providing outstanding results without the need for extensive advertising.

Please note that most large brokerages can’t offer a 1.5% commission due to their high marketing expenses. Additionally, agents working for brokerages often have to split their commissions (very few don’t), making it unprofitable for them to offer 1.5% commission listings to their clients.
